Cure phobias with hypnosis A phobia is a state of fear that you have learned previously in your life. Most phobics have experienced something in their early childhood that they interpreted as danger. It could be your mother screaming because of a mouse, and thereby learning you to associate mice with fear. These problems can be solved by hypnotic regression, which will lead you back to the time when you learned the phobic behaviour. After reeducation of the unconscious mind in terms of the phobia you are most likely free of your anxiety. Sometimes it takes more than one treatment, but it depends on the skill of the hypnotist and the complexity of the problem.
